Can you prepare and coat an existing concrete floor?
Yes. A typical scope can include mechanical preparation, local concrete repairs, a moisture-control layer where required and a specified resin finish. Existing coatings, oil contamination and weak concrete need assessing before the scope is confirmed.
Do you offer grinding or shot blasting without the resin coating?
Yes. We quote standalone concrete preparation packages for contractors and flooring installers, as well as complete resin installations. The preparation method depends on the substrate and the requirements of the next system.
How much does industrial resin flooring cost?
The price depends on floor area, concrete condition, repairs, contamination, moisture treatment, resin thickness, access and programme. Send photos, the site location and approximate area so we can discuss the likely scope. A confirmed price follows the agreed specification and any necessary site assessment.
How long will the area be out of use?
Preparation, installation and curing all affect the programme. The return-to-service time depends on the selected product, temperature and whether the floor needs to take foot traffic, vehicles or chemicals. We agree those requirements before specifying a system; faster-curing MMA may suit some time-sensitive projects.
Can you work around an operational site?
Tell us about shift patterns, access restrictions and working areas. We can discuss phased or out-of-hours work where practical. Availability and the final programme are confirmed for the individual project.
Where do you install commercial flooring?
We are North West based and cover Liverpool, Wirral, Chester, Cheshire, Warrington, Manchester and North Wales. Suitable larger industrial projects across the UK are considered according to scope, location and programme.
