Large-area subfloor levelling for logistics and warehouse refurbishment programmes.
Bagged cementitious screeds, mixed and pumped on site with our own continuous mixing equipment. Efficient floor levelling for warehouses, factories and commercial buildings across the North West and suitable UK-wide projects.
Commercial Coatings NW uses its own continuous mixing and pumping equipment for compatible bagged cementitious self-levelling screeds and smoothing compounds.
Material is mixed and pumped on site, helping deliver a controlled, consistent application across substantial commercial floor areas. The product, substrate preparation, primer, thickness and programme are selected to suit each job and the manufacturer’s requirements.
Our service is different from ready-mix flowing screeds delivered by tanker or concrete wagon. We focus on pump-applied bagged levelling compounds for commercial flooring projects.
We work with main contractors, commercial flooring teams, facilities managers and industrial clients. Suitability is assessed against the chosen product and the site specification.

Commercial levelling works subject to programme, product and site requirements.
Review substrate condition, moisture, floor area, access and the specified final finish.
Diamond grinding or shot blasting, repairs and primer where required by the system.
Continuous on-site mixing and pumping of the selected bagged levelling compound.
Check surface and curing requirements before any subsequent floor covering is installed.
Our integrated services include commercial floor preparation, shot blasting, diamond grinding and industrial resin flooring.

We use our own continuous mixing and pumping equipment for compatible bagged cementitious screeds. The selected product must be suitable for the equipment and intended floor build-up.
No. Our pumped screed service focuses on bagged cementitious levelling and smoothing compounds mixed and pumped on site, not wagon-delivered flowing screed.
The allowable depth depends on the selected compound, substrate and manufacturer’s technical data. We assess the specification before recommending a system.
Potentially, where the selected compound and preparation are approved for the intended covering. Moisture, curing, strength and compatibility must be checked before installation.
We cover Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Wirral, Cheshire, Manchester and the wider North West, and consider suitable large projects across the UK.

Preparation and specification may change the price. Final costs depend on site condition, floor area, required system and thickness, access and programme. Grinding, coating removal, repairs, contamination treatment, DPM and levelling may add to the cost. Small areas may attract a minimum job charge.
Your written quotation will confirm the preparation, materials, installation, applicable VAT and any minimum charge. Extra depth, repairs, DPM, difficult access and phased working may change the total.

Floor area, existing condition, specification, access and programme affect pricing. See the budget guide on this page for the indicative range and exclusions. The written quotation confirms scope and applicable VAT.
Assess levels, substrate, moisture, access and pumping arrangements. Grinding, priming and any required repairs or moisture control form part of the agreed scope.
The selected product, temperature, thickness and intended use determine curing and return-to-service. Foot traffic, vehicle traffic and installation of the next covering may require different allowances; these are agreed for the project.
Our service uses compatible bagged cementitious compounds mixed and pumped on site for commercial levelling applications.
