This 1,800 m² retail floor project in London was completed on Saturday 24 October 2026. The scope combined mechanical grinding, priming and the pump application of fibre-reinforced screed across the shop premises.
The project photographs show the newly installed screed across the large internal floor area. They document the screeding stage before any subsequent floor covering.
Grind, prime and pump
1. Mechanical grinding
The existing substrate was mechanically ground as the first stage of floor preparation ahead of the screed installation.
2. Priming
Primer was applied to the prepared substrate before pumping the fibre-reinforced screed.
3. Fibre-reinforced pumped screed
The screed was pump-applied across the 1,800 m² shop floor, completing the agreed grinding, priming and screeding scope.
