PROCESS-LED CASE STUDIES

Real floors. Real preparation.

Our project photography shows the stages that matter: the existing substrate, mechanical preparation, repairs, coating and completed floor.

Manchester • Industrial unit

Preparation, crack repairs & protective coating

The existing floor was mechanically prepared to expose the substrate and identify defects. Cracks and local damaged areas were repaired before the coating system was applied in stages, producing a clean, continuous grey finish across the unit.

Coach yard / depot • Commercial flooring

Mechanical preparation, epoxy DPM & resin flake system

A commercial coach-yard/depot floor prepared as a complete system. The substrate was mechanically prepared, an epoxy DPM was installed where specified, followed by the resin build-up and flake finish. Each stage was completed in sequence so the coating was installed onto a properly prepared substrate.
