Specify a floor for your workshop use

Vehicle maintenance areas, inspection bays and storage areas can require different finishes. Tell us about vehicle weights, turning movements, welding, oils, cleaning chemicals and any wet areas. We can discuss coating options and the preparation needed for the existing slab.

Preparation, repairs and bay markings

Existing coatings, oil penetration and weak concrete need assessment before a new resin finish is specified. Mechanical preparation, local repairs and moisture-control measures may be required. Agree the position of vehicle bays, pedestrian routes and exclusion areas before line marking is priced.

For photographed examples, view our workshop resin flooring and bay markings or Ellesmere Port coach depot flooring. For substrate options, compare shot blasting and diamond grinding.

Plan around your operating hours

Include your available shutdown period and the date vehicles must return to service. Installation and curing time depend on temperature, substrate condition and the chosen system. Phasing may help retain access, subject to a workable site plan.
